Abstract: A SMOKING CESSATION PROGRAM FOR BLACK MOTHERS OF HEADSTART CHILDREN WILL BE ASSESSED FOR EFFICACY AND EFFECTIVENESS. A QUASI-EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN WILL BE USED WITH MATCHED HEADSTART SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF CHICAGO.
