Abstract: THIS RULE IMPLEMENTS SECTION 172 OF P.L. 97-248 WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE PROMULGATION OF REGULATIONS RELATING TO INVOLUNTARY ALLOTMENTS FROM PA FOR CHILD AND SPOUSE SUPPORT PAYMENTS OWED BY ACTIVE-DUTY MEMBERS OF THE UNIFORMED SERVICES. THIS LAW APPLIES TO OFFICERS IN THE COMMISSION CORPS OF PHS.
