Pursuant to 5
CFR 1320.18, OMB has approved on an expedited basis, for 90 days
only, the paperwork requirements associated with the OFFCP
Directive issued 6/14/88 (effective 9/14/88) requiring
multi-establishment Federal contractors to modify the way they
prepare their written affirmative action plans. By September 30,
1988, DOL should submit for the standard Paperwork Reduction Act
review process a new paperwork package providing a thorough
justification for these paperwork requirements and the associated
burden estimate. OMB will review this package during the normal
60-day review period to allow for any public comment. The paperwork
requirements previously approved under OMB control no. 1215-0072
remain approved through June 1989.
