OMB approves
this information collection request through 9/31/91, as agreed to
by ED. Short-term approval is granted because ED has not yet
implemented changes to the form that reflect the findings of the
government-wide effort on credit reform. Upon resubmission of the
package, ED should implement such changes to the maximum extent
possible. In addition, ED should provide OMB with an interim report
that provides a schedule for when and how the form will be fully
updated to reflect the credit reform initiative.
