Abstract: THE CONTRACT FORMS AND RECORD-KEEPING REQUIREMENTS USED IN COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM CONTRACTORS ARE USED FOR PROVIDING MANAGEMENT INFORMATION TO NASA, TO ALLOW CONTRACT MONITORING, AND TO MEET OTHER EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS AS IMPLEMENTED BY THE NASA PROCUREMENT REGULATION. On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
