PROPOSAL WILL REQUIRE PUBLIC SAFETY
AGENCIES TO SUBMIT TO THE COMMISSION REGIONAL PLANS FOR THEIR
AREAS. THE REGIONAL PLANS WILL DEFINE ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM
REQUIREMENTS AND HOW THE AGENCIES PLAN TO USE THE FREQUENCIES
ALLOCATED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY USE. THE REGIONAL PLANS WILL BE USED BY
THE COMMISSION TO DEVELOP A PUBLIC SAFETY NATION PLAN.
