Abstract: PERMITS MAY BE ISSUED TO ENTER AND US PUBLIC LANDS DESIGNATED IN FIRE PREVENTION ORDERS WHEN AUTHORIZED OFFICER DETERMINES THAT THE PERMITTED ACTIVITY WILL NOT CONFLICT WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE ORDER. INFORMATION COLLECTED ESTABLISHES TO THE AUTHORIZED OFFICER'S SATISFACTION THAT THE PERMITTEE MAY CONDUCT AN ACTIVITY UNDER CERTAIN DELINEATED CONDITIONS.
