Abstract: THIS REPORTING REQUIREMENT IS INTENDED TO PRESCRIBE REGULATIONS 1) DEFINING "AT ONE TIME" FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION AND RECEIPT OF MONETARY INSTRUMENTS AS AUTHORIZED BY THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE ACT OF 1986, AND 2) TO CONFORM THE REGULATIONS TO THE BANK SECRECY ACT BY INCLUDING ALL TRAVELER'S CHECKS IN THE DEFINITION OF MONETARY INSTRUMENTS.
