Abstract: THE ED FORM 1074 IS THE ONLY DOCUMENT IN USE NOW THAT SHOWS THE TRANSF OF A FISL NOTE BETWEEN LENDERS. BOTH THE SELLER AND THE BUYER OF THE NOTE COMPLETES THE DOCUMENT. IT IS THEN FORWARDED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WHICH NOTES THE PROMISSORY NOTE TRANSFER ON THE LOAN CONTROL MASTER FILE. THIS IS THE ONLY VEHICLE IN USE TO SHOW THIS TRANSFER.
