Abstract: THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE PRETREATMENT BASELINE ICR. POTW'S WITH PRETREATMENT PROGRAMS MUST SUBMIT ANNUAL REPORTS ON PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION. INDUSTRIAL USERS MUST REPORT ACTUAL DISCHARGES IN BMR'S, COMPLIANCE MONITORING, AND SELF-MONITORING REPORTS, AND GIVE POTW'S NOTICE OF BYPASSES, SLUG LOADING, AND CHANGES IN DISCHARGE RATE OR MONITORING LOCATIONS.
