The addition of NOx to the existing NSR and PSD requirements for PM and SO2 is approved through August 1989 (when the collection for PM and SO2 was scheduled to expire). However, before submitting the entire package for OMB review, EPA should investigate ways to reduce the NSR burden on small sources in attainment (and possibly nonattainment) areas.
