This information
collection request for the ASHA grant and loan program is approved
for the requested period of three years although additional monies
have not been requested in EPA's FY 1990 or 1991 budgets. If this
is the last year of the ASHA program, as planned, then EPA will
submit an information correction worksheet to decrease the burden
hours in this account to zero (or in fact to one hour so as to keep
the account activated if needed until it expires). EPA has been
very responsive in providing revised forms in a timely manner as
well as justifying the changes between the old and this new
application form.
