Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS REQUIRED BY THE FSPA AND IS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE THE SEAFOOD MARKETING COUNCILS AND FOR THE SECRETARY TO CARRY OUT HIS REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS ACT. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WILL BE THE FISHING INDUSTRY MEMBERS LISTED AS SECTOR PARTICIPANTS ON SEAFOOD MARKETING COUNCILS.
