Abstract: BANK DATA IDENTIFYING INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNETHICAL PYSICIANS AND HEALTH PRACTITIONERS WILL BE SHARED WITH LICENSING BOARDS, PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES, AND SELECTED HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS. THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE HEALTH CARE AND WILL B OBTAINED FROM INSURERS, LICENSURE BOARDS, PEER REVIEW COMMITTEES, HOSPITALS AND OTHER PROVIDERS.
