Abstract: THE HOMEWORKER HANDBOOK (WH-7 PROVIDES INFORMATION ON HOURS WORKED AND WAGES PAID TO HOMEWORKERS COVERED BY THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT. THE HANDBOOK IS USED TO HELP INSURE THAT SUCH WORKERS RECEIVE THE MINIMUM AND OVERTIME WAGES TO WHI THEY ARE ENTITLED.
