Changes should be confined to formatting and rearrangement only. Please also send OMB the study, to be performed in 1989, on ways of improving response rate. FAA should carefully consider means, including questions that might be deleted, on improving response rate before requesting extension of this survey beyond the November, 1991 expiration date. Per November 7 guidance the OMB address on the instrument should be Office of Management and Budget, Paperwork Reduction Project (2120-0060), Washington, D.C. 20503.

Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS TO COLLECT INFORMATION ON THE USE AND THE CHARACTERISTI OF THE GENERAL AVIATION AIRCRAFT.
