Abstract: TH IS A ONE-TIME PRE-TEST OF A FOLLOW-ON SURVEY TO THE TRUCK INVENTORY AN USE SURVEY WHICH WILL PROVIDE ESSENTIAL DATA TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE ANALYSIS OF HIGHWAY USER CHARGES, TRUCK SIZE AN WEIGHT ISSUES, AND RELATED ASPECTS OF THE FEDERAL-AID HIGHWAY PROGRAM.
