ACT OF 1988 REQUIREMENT THAT THE COMMISSION STUDY THE SIGNIFICANT
COMPETITIVE, TECHNOLOGICAL, AND ECONOMIC FACTORS AFFECTING THE
PERFORMANCE OF THE U.S. AND WORLD FRESH CUT ROSE MARKETS. U.S.
FIRMS GROWING, SHIPPING, AND IMPORTING FRESH CUT ROSES WILL RECEIVE
THE QUESTIONNAIRES.
