Abstract: WHEN THE RETIREE DIES AND HAD SELECTED ANNUITY COVERAGE FOR CHILD(REN) AND THE CHILD(REN) ARE STILL UNDER AGE 18, A CUSTODIAN RECEIVES THE ANNUITY PAY ON BEHALF OF THE CHILD(REN). THE CUSTODIAN MUST CERTIFY THAT HE/SHE HAS THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF THE CHILD(REN) BEFORE THE ANNUITY IS PAID.
