Abstract: TO UTILIZE FEDERAL RESEARCH FUNDS MOST EFFECTIVELY, INFORMATION IS NEEDED ABOUT THE ROLE PLAYED BY PRIVATE INDUSTRY IN SUPPORT OF SIMILAR RESEARCH.
