In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the surveys for organ pipe cactus, Everglades,
Yellowstone/Grand Teton and Virgin Islands National ParKs/Monuments
are all approved. For the Everglades survey, NPS agrees to send a
sampling plan to OMB. For the Virgin Islands survey, NPS agrees to
consolidate the income categories to a total of 7. In addition, NPS
agrees that the environmental questions are a test case and will
not be incorporated into the general catalogue until the results of
this survey have been analyzed. Burden statement disclosures should
appear on all surveys.
