Abstract: TO INSURE TH SHIPYARD PERSONNEL DO NOT ENTER CONFINED SPACES THAT CONTAIN OXYGEN DEFICIENT, TOXIC, OR FLAMMABLE ATMOSPHERES, QUALIFIED PERSONNEL MUST TEST THESE SPACES AND THE RESULTS OF THESE TESTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO MUST ENTER THESE SPACES. SHIPYARDS, BARGE CLEANERS, AND REPAIR FACILITIES ARE AFFECTED.
