Abstract: REGULATIONS CONTAINED IN 46 CFR 4.06 AND 46 CFR PART 16 REQUIRE MARINE EMPLOYERS TO CONDUCT VARIOUS DRUG TESTS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. INFORMATI RELATIVE TO THESE TESTS MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE COAST GUARD TO MONITOR PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS AND FOR USE AS DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS INITIATED BY THE COAST GUARD TO REVOKE DRUG USERS' LICENSES OR DOCUMENTS.
