Abstract: STATE AGENCIES AR REQUIRED TO PERFORM QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS FOR EACH OF THE 3 FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS: AFDC, FNS, AND MEDICAID. THE INTEGRANTED REVIEW SCHEDULE WAS JOINTLY DESIGNED AND USED BY FSA, FNS AND HCAF. THE REVIEW SCHEDULE SERVES AS A COMPREHENSIVE DATA SYSTEM FORM FOR ALL QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS IN AFDC, FNA, AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS.
