Abstract: THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT AND THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE NEED TO ENSURE THAT CASINOS IN NEW JERSEY AND PUERTO RICO RETAIN CERTAIN RECORDS USED FOR MONITORING THEIR CUSTOMERS' GAMING ACTIVITY.
