delivered to the OMB Desk Officer to enable completion of the

Customs should submit a revision of items 12b and 13 of the
justification statement to document the burden revisions supplied
by telephone on January 4, 1989. Customs should revise these burden
estimates on the basis of experience during the first six months of
the implementation of this regulation.

TRADING COMPANY FOR REQUESTING AN EXCEPTION TO THE THREE-YEAR
PROHIBITION ON THE IMPORTATION OF ALL PRODUCTS WHICH WERE PRODUCED
