Abstract: PART 850.75 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT EACH RECIPIENT OF A HOUSING DEVELOPMENT GRANT (HDG) PROVIDE A SEMI-ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT COVERING ACTIVITY UNDER THE GRANT FROM THE DATE OF PRELIMINARY FUNDING APPROVAL THROUGH PROJECT CLOSEOUT. SUCH REPORT MUST INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, INFORMATION PERTAINING TO PROJECT CONSTRUCTION, COSTS, SCHEDULES AND OCCUPANCY.
