Abstract: 30 CFR 601 PROVIDES INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC ON THE TYPE AND COST OF HELIUM AND HELIUM SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM THE DIVISION OF HELIUM OPERATIONS, AND HOW TO OBTAIN THEM. THE APPLICATION FORM IS NECESSARY TO GATHER ESSENTIAL DATA REGARDING CONTRACT APPLICANT, IN ORDER THAT A CONTRACT CAN BE COMPLETED PURSUANT TO 30 CFR 601.
