Abstract: THE GROUP INTERVIEWS ARE NECESSARY TO EVALUATE HOW THE TELEVISION COMMERCIALS ARE COMMUNICATING TO THE PUBLIC, ASSESS THEIR EFFECT ON IRS IMAGE AND ASSESS THEIR ABILITY TO MOTIVATE CONSUMERS TO FILE PROMPTLY OR USE THE TAX ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THE RESULTS WILL PROVIDE GUIDANCE FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMERCIALS. AFFECTED PUBLIC IS 90 PARTICIPANTS.
