We understand
that this is a one time only collection effort and that responses
are provided on a voluntary basis. It has come to our attention
that a survey similar to the present one was conducted by NASA in
August 1988 in violation of the Paperwork Reduction Act. This
clearance covers only the present collection. Future collections of
this nature must be submitted for OMB approval. Also, terms such as
"statistical benchmark" should not be used in the Supporting
Statement Justification section (Part A #10) if NASA is going to
followup in Part B with the statement that there is no employment
of statistical methods. Such contradictions are misleading and
prevent timely review of information collection review
requests.
