Pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, OMB reinstates this
collection of information in its entirety with the exception of the
requirement for Licensee Event Reports for the completion of
nuclear plant shutdowns required by the plant's Techincal
Specifications. A plants's Technical Specifications are reviewed by
the NRC before a plant can obtain an operating license and includes
scheduled shutdowns. Therefore the practical utility of rereporting
the occurance of a scheduled shutdown is not clear.

LESSONS OF THAT EXPERIENCE IN THE LICENSING PROCESS AND TO FEEDBACK
THE LESSONS OF THAT EXPERIENCE TO TH NUCLEAR INDUSTRY.
