Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT AND QUALITIE OF THE PUBLIC COAL RESOURCE AND OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF COAL LEASI AND TO MANAGE THE LEASING OF COAL IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
