Abstract: MIGRATORY WATERFOWL HUNTING IS AUTHORIZED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING ALASKA. INFORMATION ON THE MAGNITUDE AND COMPOSITION OF THE HARVEST IS NEEDED FOR SOUND MANAGEMENT AND TO PRECLUDE OVER-HARVEST OF THE SPECIES INVOLVED. THE FORMS USED IN THESES SURVEYS WILL TEST ALTERNATIVE FORMS THAT MAY IMPROVE THE RESPONSE RATE OF THE OPERATIONA SURVEY.
