Abstract: COLLECTING THIS INFORMATION REFLECTS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAINING OFFERED IN STUDE FINANCIAL AID AND OTHER FEDERAL AID PROGRAMS. THE INFORMATION GATHERE AIDS IN THE RE-DESIGN OF INSTRUCTIONAL PLANS TO ADEQUATELY MEET THE NEEDS OF HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND FINANCIAL AID, FISCAL, AND OTHER ADMINISTRAIVE OFFICIALS OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
