Abstract: SINCE THE GASOLINE VOLATILITY REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR AN INTERIM 1 PSI ALLOWANCE ABOVE THE OTHERWISE APPLICABLE STANDARD FOR ETHANOL BLENDS, FACILITIES HANDLING THESE FUELS WILL BE REQUIRED TO KEEP INVOICES AND LABEL THEM AS TO ETHANOL CONTENT IN ORDER TO BENEFIT FROM THE ALLOWANCE.
