Abstract: THE GROWING CRISIS OF DRUG ABUSE AND DRUG RELATED CRIME IN PUBLIC HOUSING REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT RESIDENTS' LIVES AND PROPERTY.
