Abstract: INSPECTION OF AGRICULTURAL AND VEGETABLE SEEDS ON A FEE BASIS IS NEEDE TO CERTIFICATE SUCH SEEDS ON THE OCCASION OF VOLUNTARY REQUESTS BY MEMBERS OF THE SEED INDUSTRY OR ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC. THE MAJOR NEED IS TO BETTER FACILITATE EXPORT MARKETING OF PLANTING SEED.
