Abstract: RESPONDENTS ARE WOODSY OWL MERCHANDISE LICENSEES. THEY REPORT SALES QUANTITIES AND VALUE OF LICENSED WOODSY OWL MERCHANDISE QUARTERLY. THIS INFORMATION IS USED T BILL LICENSEES FOR ROYALTY FEES DUE, AND DETERMINE WHETHER LICENSEES MEET GUARANTEED QUANTITY OBJECTIVES OF MERCHANDISE DISTRIBUTED TO THE PUBLIC.
