Abstract: WE NEED THIS FORM TO UPDATE THE UNIVERSE OF PERMIT-ISSUING PLACES WHICH IS REQUIRED TO SELECT RELIABLE SAMPLES FOR ESTIMATING BUILDING PERMIT AUTHORIZATIONS. ESTIMATES OF BUILDING PERMITS AUTHORIZED ARE WIDELY USED FOR ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS DECISIONS. THE RESPONDENTS ARE STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING PERMIT OFFICIALS.
