Abstract: THE PUBLIC BROADCASTING ACT (47 USC 390-394, 397, 399B) AUTHORIZES GRANTS TO BE AWARDED FOR TH PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES.
