Abstract: A DECEASED RETIREE WHO ELECTED CHILD COVERAGE FOR ANNUITY HAD A CHILD WHO IS INCAPABLE OF SELF SUPPORT BECAUSE OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY. THE GUARDIAN MUST HAVE A PHYSICIAN CERTIFY THE DISABILITY BEFORE THE ANNUITY IS PAID. THEREFORE, THE CERTIFICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED EVERY TWO YEARS.
