Abstract: THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS UTILIZES VESSEL OPERATIONS REPORT, ENG FORM 3925 IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENG FORM 3926 AS ITS BASIC SOURCE OF INPUT TO CONDUCT ITS WATERBORNE COMMERCE STATISTICS PROGRAM. THE ANNUAL PUBLICATION, "WATERBORNE COMMERCE OF THE UNITED STATES PARTS 1 - 5" ARE THE RESULTS OF SAID STATISTICS PROGRAM.
