Abstract: THE INFORMATION WILL SERVE AS A RECORD OF THEFTS LOSSES OF AA&E IN THE CUSTODY OR POSSESSIO OF DOD CONTRACTORS. INFORMATION WILL PROVIDE A BASIS FOR DETERMINING IDENTIFYING TRENDS AND MAGNITUDE OF AA&E LOSSES. IT WILL ALSO ASSIST EVALUATING ADEQUACY OF CONTRACTOR'S PHYSICAL SAFEGUARDS AND IN PRESCRIBING CORRECTIVE ACTIONS WHERE APPROPRIATE.
