Abstract: AT THE DEAT OF ANY MINER, HHS IS AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE FOR AN AUTOPSY TO BE PERFORMED ON SUCH MINER, WITH THE CONSENT OF HIS SURVIVING NEXT-OF-KIN DATA IS COLLECTED ON THE OCCUPATIONAL AND SMOKING HISTORY OF THE DECEASED MINER TO BE CORRELATED WITH PATHOLOGIC AND X-RAY FINDINGS.
