Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED AND USED T REGISTER AND CLASSIFY ESTABLISHMENTS FOR MULTI-ESTABLISHMENT EMPLOYERS IT IS ALSO USED TO FACILITATE EARNINGS PROCESSING OPERATIONS, RECONCIL EARNINGS DISCREPANCIES, AID IN PROGRAM PLANNING AND REVENUE ESTIMATES AND IN EMPLOYMENT STUDIES. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF EMPLOYERS WHO HAVE AT LEAST 100 EMPLOYEES & 2 LOCATIONS.
