Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO MEET INTERIOR'S COMMITMENT TO OBTAIN A DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) ANTITRUS REVIEW OF FEE COAL EXCHANGE PROPOSALS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE THE CO HOLDING AND MINING SECTORS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED BY THE DOJ. THE DOJ'S ANTITRUST ADVICE WILL BE A FACTOR IN INTERIOR'S PUBLIC INTEREST DETERMINATION FOR A FEE COAL EXCHANGE.
