Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO ASSURE T ADEQUACY OF PERSONNEL TRAINING IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE THE HAZARDS AND INCREASE THE SAFETY OF PERSONNEL WORKING IN DRILLING, WELL-COMPLETION, WELL-WORKOVER, AND PRODUCTION OPERATIONS.
