Abstract: FORM 3-860 IS SUED BY LICENSED BIRD BANDERS TO RECORD SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON THE USE OF EACH FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE BAND ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED ON BIRD AND THE BIRD RELEASED IN THE WILD AGAIN. THE INFORMATION COLLECT IS USED BY FEDERAL, STATE AND PRIVATE CONVERSATION ORGANIZATIONS AND THE CANADIAN WILDLIFE SERVICE FOR THE PROPER MANAGEMENT OF MIGRATORY BIRDS OF NORTH AMERICA.
