Abstract: STATES AND INDIAN TRIBES PARTICIPATING IN THE ABANDONED MINED LANDS RECLAMATION PROGRAM ARE REQUIRED TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ANNUAL SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS BY PROVIDING THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SECTION 405(F) OF TH SURFACE MINING CONTROL AND RECLAMATION ACT. THIS INFORMATION IS USED IN THE PREPARATION OF REQUESTS FOR APPROPRIATE OF MONIES FOR STATE RECLAMATION GRANTS.
