Abstract: IRCA APPLICANTS EXCLUDABLE UNDER SECTION 212(A) OF THE INA CAN NEVERTHELESS BE FOUND ADMISSIBLE IF THE GROUNDS OF EXCLUSION ARE WAIVE THE FORM TO REQUEST SUCH A WAIVER IS THE I-690. SINCE PERMANENT RESIDENT APPLICATIONS CAN BE FILED UP TO JUNE 1992, THE APPROVALFOR TH FORM SHOULD BE EXTENDED.
